Peter Coade had a winter forecast preview last night and he is predicting a colder than normal December with above average amounts of precipitation. He said all three maritime provinces should have a white Christmas. Overall, he's predicting a milder winter with above average amounts of precipitation. January and February will be warmer than normal and he says there will be about the same amount of snow as there will be rain in both months. If that's the case, it's going to be one sloppy winter.
