A great idea, though I question the timing and wonder from where shall the money come. At a time when our deficit grows $15M in just three months, at a time when the economic outlook is not rosy, at a time when Islanders are pleading for help with catastrophic drug costs...how does this government justify starting this project now or any time in the near future?
